LocalTop10 provides rankings of local businesses based on our proprietary scoring algorithm, which includes user reviews, business data, and verified signals.

• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, business data is sourced from third-party APIs and user submissions. We do not guarantee the current accuracy of any listing.
• Rankings: Rankings are subjective and based on data available at the time of calculation. Being ranked on a Top 10 list is not an endorsement of specific service quality.
• Premium Features: Businesses may subscribe to premium tiers to unlock enhanced profile features and undergo our proprietary verification audit. These features contribute to a business's "Trust & Performance Score"; however, all businesses must maintain high community standards to qualify for top-tier placement. Subscription does not constitute a direct purchase of a specific ranking position.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Using the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
